17/2/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Region #412. Japan region 23/47. Pours clear with a slight yellow gold tint and no head. Aroma is fruity, melon, rice water, Black Jack sweets. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, oily, low carbonation. Some sharpness develops to finish. Enjoyable.

720ml bottle from Japan Centre, as \"Dewanosato 77 (Muroka Junmai)\" 15%. CLear pale yellow colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of rice, melon, aniseed hint. Taste is rice, fruity, melon, with caramel hint, and grassy booze. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying boozy finish. Quite drinkable.

300ml bottle from Japan Centre. Clear very pale yellow colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of rice, melon, fruity, citric. Taste is sweet, rice, fruity, floral with citrus notes, some caramel, and warming alcohol. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, boozy at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, rice, fruity, caramel, with some earthy alcohol notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, fruity warming earthy alcohol finish. Nicely drinkable.

Small glass at North in Providence. Fine clear pour no impurities present. Nose is fragrant and of fruits. Tastes of stone fruit, light pineapple, florals. Silky smooth palate. Light bite.

Bottle from Sake-Kontor Berlin. Great fresh smooth fruity nose. Pears, nice slight yellow fruits. The Saké is very intense, round and fresh. Slightly alcoholic, but very clear and refreshing. Pears, yellow fruits, very fresh and fragile. Hints of sweetness, round and refreshing, very intense fruity with nice crisp melon yellow fruit aroma. Great deep, very clear with a great smooth fresh and slightly sweetish fruity aftertaste, even hints of herbs. Fantastic deep aromatic stuff.
