ABV: 4.9%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, grass, light vegetables - floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, grass, light floral - vegetables. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211229]

Day 22. I wonder how many people get excited by these beers? This label isn't bad, but come on. Still not a single Rauchbier or Bock in the calendar. This one is also not worth the calories. Too bitter, unpleasant, and cheap-tasting. Local rejects?

--Gravity cask at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. -- Cloudy amber, mid sized head. Bready nose with hay and caramel. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Bread and hay, mild caramel. Mid bitter finish.
