300 ml bottle from the Kisoji Hotel. Clear, a bit oily. Nose is rice, citrus, unripe peach, apple. Very dry and crisp. Apple, pear, lemon, rice, koji. Finish is dry as hell, with lingering dried apples and brown rice. Crisp and tasty. Goes well with food.

My first sake rating. Drank it for 15 years but have no idea how to rate it! Soft, smooth aroma, a touch of acid. Medium dry flavor with a soft acidity, a touch of pears. Light and dry, great with pork. Rather soapy-smooth palate.
