720 ml bottle from the Ise Shrine shop of the brewer. Light yellowish-pink color, cloudy and a bit thick looking. Tart ume aroma with underlying sake nose, ginjo-ka, rice, citrus, and spice. Sweet plum flavor. The fruit comes through very richly and freshly. Has a decent sour aspect as well, which, with the alcohol, almost balances the sweetness. Spicy sake flavors underneath. Very rich and thick palate. Cloys, although the sour flavor saves it. Tasty and nice in small amounts, though too sweet and rich to drink a lot. A bit weird but interesting.
