300 ml bottle. Sweet fruity rice nose, orange, melon. Clear, shiny. Rather sweet, a bit tropical, creamy vanilla notes. Decent.

Bottle to cup. Deep golden-yellow, clear. Nose of rice, some yogurt, koji, quite like a yamahai though I think it isn’t. Creamy, full flavor, milky, rice. Good.

720 ml from Seijo Ishii. Slightly yellowish tint, clear. Full rice nose, koji, spice, light cedar and pepper. Wow, very dry. Light and clean, dry and lightly alcoholic finish after some interesting fruit flavors. Grapefruit, muscat, apricot, orange, melon, but all very dry. Nice summer sake. rarely find such a dry sake that is still so fruity and tasty.

180 ml bottle. Lots of bubbles, milky white suspension. Yeasty, koji, milky aroma, chalk, rice, vanilla, green apple, solid funk. Sweet and sour, funky too, lemon, rice, rice pudding, apple. Interesting and a bit strange. Very highly carbonated, light and spritzy. Well funky koji. Tasty and very original, though not quite delicious, and there is wasy too much of the thick nigori gunk for it to be very drinkable. Got a bit irritating after a few sips.
