180 ml bottle. Dry, fruity nose. Apple, pear, bit of rice. Subdued. Clear, oily. Slight warming fruit sweetness, alcohol, rice, bit creamy, dry overall. Rather full body. Rolls down the throat very nicely.

180 ml cup from Ponshukan. Koji nose, rice, light ginjo-ka. Fruity, light, a bit sweet in the middle, then dry, hot finish. Lemon, apple, peaches. Decent but not so special.
