Bottle pour at Asano. Chunky-ass with lots of rice in it. Nose is Sprite, pineapple juice, apple, yogurt and milk. Acidic, tart, fruity and milky flavor is nice but man it's half rice and hard to eat without chopsticks. Quite a fun one.

Taster at Asano Kyoto. Light and mienrally nose, bright fruit, citrus, melon peach. Light in flavor and body. LEast interesting of the day.

Taster at Asano. Nakatori version. Bright yet mellow fruit, rice, melon, rich rice and nice fruit, not as funky or asicid as the lower grade yamahai but nice.

Taster at Asano Kyoto. The most expensive of the bunch but not as interesting as their yamahai sakes. Very bright fruity flavor, lots of rice but fry, very ethereal, light, fruity. Decent.

Taster at Asano Kyoto along with the Omachi and Asahi. Clear and oily. Cleaner nose, simpler. Soft and fruity, less yamahai character than the others but nice and clean. Light yogurt and vanilla, rice, minerals. Creamy, with a nice balance but the lest interesting of the three, yet probably the best body.

Taster at Asano Kyoto along with the Omachi and Yamadanishiki versions. Clear and oily. Slightly lighter nose than the Omachi, in the middle in Yamahai character, more citrus and peach. Nice funk in the flavor, citrus, orange, apricot, sharp fruit. Second favorite of the 3.

Glass at Wachi. clear and oily. Big koji aroma, peach, melon. Big estery flavor and thick body. Peppery finish. Nice. Junmai gives it a rich, thick rice flavor and body. Not as perfumed as some daigin.
