720 ml bottle from Yamamoto. Nama version. Huge, fruity, ginjoka nose, lots of stone fruit, citrus, koji, spices. Orange and lemon mostly. Icy, crystal clear. Sweet, fruity, spicy. Tasty, great fruit, a bit too sweet. Full, silky, oily body. Very nice, but a bit over-the-top with teh sweet fruits.

Bottle from Yamamoto. Labelled a Junmai, though technically also nama, and a Ginjo probably. Clear and icy. Big, fruity, floral nose. Citrus, tropical fruit, mango, pepper, saw dust. Fragrant and summery. Quite sweet and fruity flavor, peaches, oranges, melon, mango. Peppery, with alcohol balancing. Light and elegant but not thin at all. Excellent. Gotta go back to these guys more.

720 ml bottle from Yamamoto. Big fruity nose, orange, peach, melon, tropical fruits plus some peppery spices. Wow, big punch. Clear, thick and oily. Juicy looking. Tropical fruit and citrus flavors with dry, dusty spices and a peppery finish. Also rice, vanilla, butter or cream. This is an extremely complex and very original tasting sake. Full, oily body. Sweet at first, with a candy-like aspect as well, but then dry and clean. Very nice. I get a note of pickled cherry leaves as well. Excellent stuff.
