720 ml bottle from Yamamoto. Clear, slightly icy appearance. Tiny bit cloudy. Rich, fruity nose, apples, rice, light creaminess, some spice. Sweet rice, esters, koji presence, spicy peppery finish with some alcohol. Nice fruit. Very fruity and quite sweet, much a junmai ginjo in character. Sweet for a karakuchi, but dry finish. Full, rounded body; slightly oily. Good stuff.
