Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, agrumi e arancia.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore oro velato, al naso lieviti cereali malto spezie, in bocca frutta a pasta gialla cereali e lieve solvente e fenolico, corpo leggero, carbonazione forte, amaro moderato, secca nel finale. Bottle from Allen, thanks! Pale golden color. Honey and white berries in the floral aroma. Sweet flavor, honeyish and perfumed, with white berries. Not my taste, too perfumed and alcoholic.

Der Antrunk ist vollmundig-mild, leicht rauchig. Zum Hauptteil ist einerseits leicht rauchig-mild; andererseits weich mit leichter hellen Malznote. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang,vollmundig und nur ganz dezent rauchig. Sehr CO2-haltig. --> ganz nettes helles Rauchbier, aber insgesamt etwas langweilig & nicht sonderlich ausdrucksstark! Schade!!

Bottle. A lightly hazy golden mead, still and a bit oily. Intensely sweetish honey aroma, with some alcohol and quite a lot of of roses or some other aroma intense flowers. Thin, dry and warming on the palate, with more flowers than honey in the flavor. Warming, flower tasting finish. Certainly not my choice of mead. 120624

Bottle. Cleat pale golden with no head. Aroma is honey, fruit and flowery. Flavour is honey, spices, medium sweet, herbs and elderflower.
