Bottle from Yamamoto. Huge gusher, even though I had it in the frig for a couple weeks. Medium cloudy, with big chunks of ori floating around. Highly carbonated-like Alka Seltzer. Fruity, rice aroma, koji, melon, light banana.
Very fizzy and tingly. Too much so really. Nice fruity flavor, peaches, melon, rice pudding, vanilla, nice rich sweetness but not overly sweet. Prickly, dry, peppery finish. Nice, but too carbonated.
