Taster at Jam. Earthy nose, rice, koji, vanilla and some caramel. Rich fruit flavor, stewed stone fruits. Rich and fruity.

Taster at Jam. Wonderful fruity nose, lemon, citrus, great ginjo-ka, raspberry, tropical fruits. Wonderful, complex fruit flavors, peppers spice, heat, slightly nutty, light but full. A great summer sake.
