Taster at Jam. Icy and clear. Faint nose, deep fruit, spice, alcohol burn. Rich aged falvor, rice, stewed fruit, umami. Rich and lovely. This is a dry sake that has been aged for 2 years.

Taster at Jam. Grainy, ricy nose, some koji. Oily and thick appearance. Rich rice flavor, sweet, some cream. Nice and rich.
