Bottle from Seijo Ishii. Slightly hazy, icy. Slightly acidic nose, fruity, some rice, orange, lemon, light ester, green apple. Light, strong, reasonably acidic though not as funky as I like my kimoto. Nicely fruity, cherry, apple peach, orange. A bit under-stated.
