720 ml bottle. Clear. Spicy nose with ginjo-ka, pears, green apple. Flavor more like what I expect from a junmai: rich rice, spicy koji, lots of broght fruit too, however, which brings it close to ginjo territory. Crisp and light. Overall pretty good but not taking me anywhere new.

Glass at New Shinmachi. Oily, clear. Fresh fruity nose, rice, citrus, peaches. Rich and fruity and very fresh like a typical shiboritate. Lemon, orange. Full body. Rich and nice.

Taster. ricy nose, koji and a bit of funk. Big, fragrant fruit flavor, tropical, mango, pineapple. Full and smooth, and lightly spicy. Fantastic stuff. the flavor is amazing.

300 ml bottle. Lightly fruity nose, spicy, pepper, orange, apricot, rice. Flavor is rice, vanilla, fruit. Creamy, somewhat sweet and full. Decent enough without being memorable.

720 ml bottle, poured into a paper cup. Nose of rice, fruit, koji. Rich and ricy. Yellow and oily looking. Smooth and clean. Rounded and mellow, sweet, rich rice and vanilla. Hides alcohol well.
