Description
Since its founding in 1849, the brewery has continued to brew sake in the beautiful mountains of Tanba, taking advantage of the natural blessings of nature. The brewery brews sake in all four seasons, providing fresh sake at any time of the year. Our representative brand "Kozutsumi" is characterized by its soft taste and is loved as a food sake that complements food. Our goal is not to be a phantom sake for our customers, but a sake for life that they will want to drink again.

The aroma on the tongue is heavily on the sweet. The body is round. The flavor intensity is normal and the way it lingers is sufficient. The final mouthfeel is easy to drink. The taste is given tones of condensed milk, sugar, caramel, white peach and apricot. VARIATIONS Plus, drunk at room temperature (My vote 6.0/10)) The olfactory intensity is high, and the persistence is sufficient. The taste intensity is normal and lingers sufficiently. The final mouthfeel is easy to drink. The aroma in the mouth bears signs of plum and fruit. Cup at Kunitaya. Yellow color, don’t know why. Nose of rice and assorted fruit. Fruity, simply, clean flavor that is not surprising or particularly stunning but solid and tasty.
