Taster at Jam. Lightly smoky nose, bonito flakes or bacon. Plus tropical fruits! Clear, like water. Fruity, sweet, flavor, lots of tropical fruits, touch of smoke and licorice.. Prickly alcohol, complex, spicy. Very interesting.
