Pour from a 720 ml bottle. Oily, rich rice nose, vanilla, nutty. Rich and smooth, sweet rice and vanilla notes. Simple but yes, rather rich and shows umami.

720 ml bottle from Hanshin Dept. store. Pours out with a yellowish tint. Full rice flavor, slightly acidic and a bit lactic. Lovely body, nice full rice flavor and acidity.

720 ml bottle. Clear, oily, only slightly yellowish. Fruity, acidic nose: citrus, apples, pear, cherry, rice, a touch of caramel. Acidic flavor, very fruity, with storng sweet and sour aspect as well. Cherries, oranges, melon. Wow, lots of flavor. Very rich and full-bodied. Actually a bit too full bodied. After rating, it was nicer to drink with some ice in it!

Glass at Marciero. Nose of citrus, stone fruits, mango, pineapple. Rich rice flavor, full, koji, stone fruits. Very nice and summery.
