Bottle at home. Pours only slightly greenish clear. Nose is light fruit salad and little alcohol. Tastes of hints of cantolupe, rice, green tree bark, hint of spice. Slight grainy unpolished feel.

Bottle from Yamamoto. Nose of coconut, rice, funky koji, cream, some vanilla, a bit chemical. Lightly cloudy, sparkling. Milky flavor, coconut milk, melon, vanilla, minerals. Crisp and relatively dry. Good. Nose is a bit too weird.
