Glass at Shioriya. Lightly hazy. Nose is citrus, pear, green apple. Bright. Prickly, peppery flavor, lightly boozy, ripe pear, light citrus, yeast, ginjoka. Full, smooth, fresh. Sweet and fruity.

300 ml bottle from Isetan. Clear, a bit watery looking. Fruity though rather faint nose, stone fruits and some citrus plus rice and a bit of koji. Crisp, sweet rice, apricot, mandarin orange, melon. A bit of koji in there too. Peppery, spicy finish. Medium body. Nice enough but a bit on the bland side.
