Description
We brew sake using the soft, soft water of the Kinugawa River, which has its source in the Nikko Mountain Range, and carefully selected rice, making full use of the traditions and techniques of our toji (master brewers).

Cup at home. Unfairly had just after a very good sake but this a futsu and fairly affordable. Rather clear. Nose is coconut and vanilla. Tastes of vanilla, almond, sushi rice, sasparilla. Alcohol on finish. Aftertaste not so good

300ml bottle from Japan Centre. 15.0%. Clear very pale yellow colour, no headd and aroma of mellow, rice, gluey. Taste is sweetish, rice, fruity, pineapple, with some grassy boozy notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying boozy finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle 300ml. clear glass.

[ As Sanran Junmai Sake ].
Clear crystal clear water colored with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy rice, alcohol, pineapple, floral fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity, ruff, rice, floral rice, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160318]
