0,5 l bottle. Golden and slightly cloudy in the glass, no real head. Intensive tart fruity, some bret and wood on the nose. Taste starts with barrel wood, some bret, fruity. Increasing pale grainy in the second part. Dry. No carbonation as expected. Refreshing stuff on this hot summer night.

Carnivale Brettanomyces 2023. This is for the 2022 edition. Pours a beautiful deep red colour and a dense pink head, not much retention. Aroma's: funky at first, quickly making way for cherries, fruity sweetness and sourness. Retronasal: cherries, cherry pits, light sour. Flavour is moderate sour with light cherry sweetness. Light medium bodied. Somewhat dry tart finish. Very nice!

0,33 l can. Cloudy light copper in the glass, huge nearly three finger steady pale beige head. Low caramel and low fruity on the nose. Taste starts red fruity, red malty. Some sweetness. Little bit cardboardy bitterness to the end.
