Cup at the 2016 Kyoto Nihonshu Jourei Summit. Nose is something like milk that has been spoiled with lemon. this is very fruity, and very creamy at the same time. It is a lightly cloudy, usu-nigori type. Flavor is sweet and sour citrus, lemon, and yogurt. This is too much for me, too sweet and fruity to go with the sour lactic yamahai thing. Interesting, and some others loved it, but not for me.
