Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with burning alcohol. Too much alcohol and not enough bitterness to balance the sweetness. 021010

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with sour with notes of caramel. Ok I don’t like beers Brewed By the Brewer at the Brewery. Step up the quality.
