Description
The brewery Fuglsang can rightly call itself Denmark's oldest family-owned brewery. Søren Christian Fuglsang founded the brewery in 1865, and today it is some of his great-grandchildren who, with respect for the craft and the raw materials, produce solid South Jutland beer.
The family also runs its own export malt factory, which is Denmark's largest and one of the few independents in Europe - it is the one that supplies a large part of the good malt to Fuglsang's beer.

Can 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Slight wort-like aroma. Light body, initially sweet, then quite hoppy and metallic but all the time thick, underlying wort notes. A good example of how difficult it is to make a good non-alcoholic. This is horrible! 210121

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a rich, white head. Smooth, clean malt aroma. Medium body, soft on the palate, clean, slightly sweet malts - a subtle caramel touch, and a pleasant balancing bitternes. Again immaculate craftmanship from Fuglsang. They sure know their Lagers. 150121

Can 33 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a rich and steady, white head. Malty nose with a hint of sulphur. Medium body, clean maltiness, no real aroma hops, just a pleasant, subtle balancing bitterness. No fuss but clean and well made. 150121

Can, Dark golden colour with medium white head. Aroma is malty and grainy with note of caramel and hops, feels a bit metallic and thin body not much of x-mas in this beer.
