Bottle from the brewery, vua Furusato Nozei. Lightly fruity nose, citrus, pear, rice, koji. Ice, clear. Light sweetness, fruity, rice, creamy, bit of vanilla. The best of the 3. Decent but nothing amazing.

Bottle from the brewery, via Furusato Nozei. Clear, icy, slightly oily. Rich rice nose, bit of creamy vanilla. Fruity and sweet, creamy rice, peach, apple. Slightly heavy and cloying. Better than the first one. Still not convinced.

Bottle from the brewery. Rich rice nose, vanilla and milk. Clear, oily. Rich rice flavor, light citrus and stone fruit. Bit heavy. Rather boring for a daigin, not bad.
