3.75 can from ww. Hazy pale gold with bubbles, no head. Nose is yuzu, lemon zest, hints of vanilla. Flavor is tart yuzu, mint, lemon zest and juice. Decent, but not sakelike.

Bottle from the source. Pours slightly hazy pale gold. ARAoma is heavy jalapeño, green leaf, black pepper. Flavor is sweet mango, jalapeños without major heat, green leaf, rice. Has some interesting flavors but something just doesn’t work for me.

Bottle at the source. Pours hazy pale gold. Aroma is fresh mint, lemon zest. Flavor is minty bubblegum, lemon juice, rice, vanilla, banana. Really interesting combo. Very enjoyable.

Bottle at the source. Pinkish, hazy pour. Aroma is fruit punch, rice, pear. Flavor is tart fruit punch, rice, banana, pear juice, artificial grape flavor. Pretty enjoyable.

Bottle from brewery. Pours hazy white. Aroma is sweet rice, light coconut, light fruit. Flavor is sweet rice, coconut, banana, alcohol. Alcohol is a bit harsh.
