Jasmine rice and a hint of clove. Pours just off clear water. Light sweet finish. Pleasant vibe here, like Olympus. Perhaps I liked the Olympus a touch more, but they are similar. Light sweet finish. Flight at brewery.

Much nicer than the Quiet Giant. Sweet sugary rice on the smell but mouth feel isn't sweet. Pours slightly off clear water. Light sweet finish but some earthiness as well. Nice experience. Had in a flight at brewery.

3.75 can from ww. Hazy pale gold with bubbles, no head. Nose is yuzu, lemon zest, hints of vanilla. Flavor is tart yuzu, mint, lemon zest and juice. Decent, but not sakelike.

Bottle from the source. Pours slightly hazy pale gold. ARAoma is heavy jalapeño, green leaf, black pepper. Flavor is sweet mango, jalapeños without major heat, green leaf, rice. Has some interesting flavors but something just doesn’t work for me.

Bottle at the source. Pours hazy pale gold. Aroma is fresh mint, lemon zest. Flavor is minty bubblegum, lemon juice, rice, vanilla, banana. Really interesting combo. Very enjoyable.
