Bottle: Reddish-amber coloured, medium-sized, quite stable off-white head; distinctive herbal-hayish hoppy nose with a tinge of sweet-dark malt; quite dry light bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; dark-malty, slightly toasted finish. Pleasant, quite well rounded beer....

(bottle) Clear, reddish amber coloured with a nice foamy off-white head. Sugar beet molassy aroma with toasted elements and hints of caramel. Moderately sweet flavour, malty and slightly toasty taste, smooth carbonation, medium to light body; sweetbitter malty finish. Drinkable but unexciting.

(bottle) Dark brown colour with a ruby shine and a lacy tanned medium foamy head. Sweet malty, toasty aroma with caramel and herbal hops. Bittersweet flavour, medium bodied; strong malty, roasty taste with caramel; dry and bitter hoppy finish with dried prunes in the aftertaste. Quaffable Porter/Schwarzbier-Bock.

Bottle:Very dark with reddish dots, medium-sized, slowly vanishing brownish head; dark malt in the aroma, delicate traces of roast malt and molasses; in the beginning sweet flavour, becomes dryer towards the end, medium bodied, well hidden alcohol; faint chocolatey bitterness in the finish. Quite well drinkable, but a bit too sweet.........

Clear golden. Dry and clean. Rather firm with good bitterness. A standard pils of good quality.

Reddish black with brief head. Rather malty with some licorice. Clean sugary finsih with a vague hint of bitterness. Very mild. A porter only becasue the brewer says so.
