720 ml bottle from Furusato Nozei. Spicy, lightly fruity nose, peppery ginjoka. Icy and clear, medium sweet, citrus and stone fruit, rice, koji. Crisp and light. Decent.

720 ml bottle from Furusato Nozei. Rice, koji, spicy cedar nose, slightly fruity. Clear, a bit watery looking. Alcohol burn, watery flavor, rice. Very plain. Not bad, but not much going on here. Slight milky creaminess. Should be better warmed.

720 ml bottle from Furusato Nozei. Spicy, fruity nise, pear, apple, cedar spice ginjo-ka.icy and clear. Light and a bit thin. Fruity, spicy, sweet. Creamy rice in the background. Decent without being great.
