720 ml bottle. Dryish nose, pear, apple, light citrus. Light, clean and fruity. Subtle lovely fruitiness is less sweet and overpowering as is found in the Yamadanishiki version. This is slightly more sophisticated imo.

720 ml bottle from Tominaga. First time in the place. Never heard of this brewery. It is a hiyaoroshi type. Nose is ripe, maybe aged or dried fruits. Strawberry, apple, light nectarine. Rice too. Clear, thick looking. Flavor is spicy, slightly hot, nicely fruity. Hints of vanilla. Apple, citrus. Big fruit, smooth body, strong. Very nice, very mellow.
