300 ml bottle from Furusato Nozei. Served chilled in a wine glass. Pours icy clear, shining. Rich, bright nose, fruity, spicy, pear, koji. Crisp and dry flavor, very fruity, with pear and apple and a spicy finish. Relatively dry, but not thin, nice body with warming alcohol and a bit of sweet rice. Elegant and nicely done all around.

300 mo bottle from Furusato Nozei. Clear like water. Nose is rice and stone fruit. Sweet, thin, rice, vanilla, peaches. Passable but nothing special.

300 ml bottle from Furusato Nozei. Served about cellar temperature. Rich rice, light vanilla, citrus, grains in the nose. Clear, icy. Flavor is creamy rice, peach, apple, citrus. Nice fruitiness, good rice. Slightly bitter and hot finish. Nice, full body.

300 ml bottle from Furusato Nozei. Lightly funky, dry, lactic nose with rice, kimoto funk, citrus. Clear. Flavor is dry and fruity, kimoto funk is light but nice, lemon, light peach, minerals. Decent stuff.
