Taster at Jam. This was aged 10 years at sub-freezing temperature. The nose is caramel, rich rice, light oxidation, vanilla. Smooth body and flavor, rich rice, vanilla and honey. Just the slightest oxidation. The aging at such temperatures has made is silky and full, without the usually sherry notes of a regular koshu. Great stuff.
