Bottle pour 27 b.y. (2016), served warm, at Bungalow. Deep yellow pour revealing its age. Rich, funky nose, rice, vanillla, caramel, dashi, light cheese notes, oxidation. Rich umami rice flavor, tart and acidic, very creamy, toasty, caramel, oxidation, like something from another era. Nice and fun.
