Our craft beer takes a little bit longer to brew than others. Selecting the finest ingredients and handcrafting the traditional process demands patience. But 35 years? That’s how long we’ve been making our full flavoured beers, improving and perfecting them year after year. It makes us the oldest independent brewery in Ireland and those who drink our beer agree it’s been time well spent.

Cask at the Standing Order, Edinburgh, 20-03-09 on the Craig Crawl Pours mid amber with a white head. Lacks much in the aroma stakes save from some malt. Taste is caramel bit of citrus. Decent enough but not terribly exciting, quite tangy and fruity. A5 A3 F6 P3 OV12
