From 75cl bottles at a SlowFood event in Riccione, Italy. Pours hazy amber, with very fine whitish foam. Aroma is boozy, fruity, yeasty. Body is medium dense, with average carbonation. Quite an alcoholic feeling. Taste is markedly sweet. Final is long and sweet, alcoholic.

From a 5l cask, at a SlowFood event in Riccione, Italy. Pours golden, with limited gross white foam. Aroma is citrus, hay, yeasty. Body is somehow thin, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderate sweet. Final is average.
