A hazy pale orange beer with no head. The aroma is very lightly malty and fruity, while the flavor is slightly acidic and herbal, with notes of celery coming thru, leading to a dry end. The body is thin.

(On tap) Slightly hazy amber with a small, off-white head. Rather full-bodied with a good, malty character and a solid, bitter finish. But in-between I detect some odd plastic-like off-flavours that aren’t particularly pleasant. 301105

A red-brown beer with a small brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of yeast and oranges, as well as some perfumated soap notes. The flavor is weirdly sour, but also roasted malty with hints of chocolate. Why is it sour, almost like a Flemmish Sour Ale? it is not lack of alcohol. hmmmm.

A hazy orange brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is slightly sweet, slighlty hoppy, and slightly roasted. The flavor is sweet hoppy combined with notes of caramel and oranges, but also some notes of butter. The body though is somewhat thin.

(On tap) Amber coloured, clear beer with a rather small head. Very thin-bodied with notes of dark, roasted malt. Very watery and horribly characterless for a Bock. 210505

A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is of berries - strawberries stand out, but also a nice malt presence. The flavor is sweet with notes of strawberries, juniper, and toffee, leading to a dry bisquity end.

A hazy dark amber beer with a small collapsing off-white head. The aroma is very fruity with figs coming thru, but also light hints of caramel. The flavor is weird - it contains lots of yeast and lots of figs, but since I’m not very fond of figs i don’t like and therefore appreciate this. It has a nice power and the alcohol tickles the tongue slightly in the end, which also has hints of bitterness. Nothing wrong - I just don’t like figs.
