On tap. Slightly hazy yellow with a small white head leaving laces. A little butter in the nose. Medium body, fairly sweet, again a whiff of butter while a discreet touch of bog myrtle appears late. Very subdued bitterness. 100812

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild herbal of porse. Sweet, fruity and light herbal. Grassy, sweet, light caramelish, floral and fruity. Mild bitterness and slight herbal note into the finish.

Growler 100cl.Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, sweet gale - bog myrtle, butterscotch. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long to average duration, butterscotch sweet, sweet gale - bog myrtle bitter, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120623]

Bottle. Black colour with a tan head. Aroma is coffee, roasted malt, hop. Flavour is coffee, roasted malt, hop, licorice, chocolate. Nice beer.

Bottle as "Vendia Hjørring Fødevaremarked Frokostbryg". Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit and a little hop. Flavour is malt, caramel, medium sweet, hops, little bitter and a little toffee.

Pours cloudy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat and coriander. Taste light to medium sweet. light bitter and light sour. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Growler. A clear one, golden in color and with a small, white head. Rather buttery on the nose, with bog myrtle stepping forward as well. Quite straightforward and simple, I guess it would have been nice without the butterscotch. There’s butterscotch in the flavor too, pretty irritating, and also a little bitterness. Medium body, semi-dry, and with decent carbonation. I guess this one could have been nice without butterscotch, pity most their beers on tap are like this. 120623
