Bottle, 5%. Perfumy aroma, a little soap, some lambicky notes. Muddy dark yellow colour. Very small frothy white head. The flavour is spicy, clove and a hint of smoke. Note so clean, but drinkable. Hint of paper from the yeast.

(bottle, 34cl) Cloudy, orange colour with a blond and short foamy head. Yeasty and fruity hoppy aroma with notes of grapefruit, lemon and an exotic touch. Slightly bitter flavour with a tinge of sourness, rather light bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly cara-malty base with a present fruity hops character, leading into a dry and moderately bitter finish with exotic fruity notes and alcohol shining through. A bit slim but nevertheless likeable. 10.XII.10
