Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass not too zippy, but nice head. Starts mild, fine spicy, modest grasy-wheaty. Not too dry. Finish well balanced, very drinkable. Doesnt really taste like a pils, but still very good.

50 cl bottle, BBE 07/2011. Rated on 27.6.2011.
Aroma has butter. Rather strong flavour for a helles. It has butter that is a bit rancid. Decent helles, but not very good and a bit unusual too.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, small stable head, almost no traces of carbonation, clean sweet pale malt in the nose, accompanied by a hoppy tinge; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied and pretty soft; mild short malty-bitter finish. A bit boring, very clean......

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Moldy aroma. Starts hoppy-moldy, modest sweet, also some soapy notes. Finish also with a sourish touch. Not really balanced and not very drinkable. Not good.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Pale golden, stable "average" head, mild malty-grainy and grassy nose with a mineralic tinge; light sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied as well, pretty soft; slightly increasing hoppiness towards the short bitter-malty finish. Nothing wrong with it, but all in all pretty boring......
