(swing top bottle) Cloudy yellow colour with a huge semi-persistent foamy white head. Dusty and yeasty malty aroma, slightly grainy and wheaty with clovy phenols and banana fruitiness. Sweet flavour, wheat-malty, minimal grainy taste with notes of bananas, light to medium body, well-carbonated mouthfeel; medium-dry, fruity and wheaty, moderately spritzy and clove-spicy finish. Okay but nothing special.

(bottle) Clear, reddish brown colour with a mid-sized beige foamy head. Light-sweet, dark malty aroma, moderately roasted with notes of coffee. Bitter flavour of roasted malt with a delicate sweetness in the background; well-rounded with notes of liquorice and coffee; dry and bitter malty finish with traces of herbal hops. Pleasant and rounded Schwarzbier.
