The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, pepper spice, citrus fruits, big dank woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Can at Rick’s Cafe. Clear amber with an off white head. Aroma of green and resinous hops, grassy, citrus behind, light caramel malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Definitely a nicer hop character than the version at the brewpub.
