Bottle. Courtesy KimJohansen. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Nice powerfull grassy notes. Moderate bitter flavor. MOderate bitter average nice finish. Oily palate. excellent oktoberfest.

bottle as Himmelthaler Zwickl-Weisse brewed by Brauhaus Schweinfurt. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Wheaty and fruity, shlightly hoppy in the finish. Pleasantly smooth palate.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of KimJohansen. As Himmelthaler Premium Pilsner Feinherb. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is slight grassy and vague cornish. Grassy and mild citrusy. Bitter and mild citrusy finish.

Bottle (label says: brewed by Brauhaus Schweinfurt!): Pale golden, hazy, mid-sized white head, that slowly collapses; sourish-wheaty-clovey nose with a touch of vegetables; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering sourish-wheaty finish. Not really convincing, a one-dimensional Weizen......

Bottle 500ml. [ As Himmelthaler Brotzeit-Bier ]. Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, cardboard notes, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Clear golden with a medium white head. Malty flavour with hoppy and grassy notes. Flavour was malty with caramel and grassy hops. Finished bitter. High carbonation.
