bottle as Himmelthaler Zwickl-Weisse brewed by Brauhaus Schweinfurt. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Wheaty and fruity, shlightly hoppy in the finish. Pleasantly smooth palate.

Bottle (label says: brewed by Brauhaus Schweinfurt!): Pale golden, hazy, mid-sized white head, that slowly collapses; sourish-wheaty-clovey nose with a touch of vegetables; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering sourish-wheaty finish. Not really convincing, a one-dimensional Weizen......

Bottle 500ml. [ As Himmelthaler Brotzeit-Bier ]. Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, cardboard notes, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
