On tap at Brauhaus Goslar. Hazy, amber colour with a small, white head, that left some nice laceing. Sweet aroma with yeasts and caramel malts. Medium sweet taste, with a medium body and soft carbonation. Yeasty notes in the finish.

On tap at Brauhaus Goslar. Hazy, golden colour with a small, white lasting head. Has a aroma with fruits, malts and some spicey notes. Medium sweet taste with spices. Soft carbonation. Thin to medium body. I like the salty and spicey notes in this beer.

Bottled. Cloudy pale amber, rich head. Salty, fruity nose. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Some syrup and salt, none of the expected acidity. Like a salted wheat ale, as far from the Goedecke Döllnitzer Ritterguts Gose as it tasted in 2003 as it can possibly go.

A bit sourish aroma with some sour cream and lactic acid. Palate is dryish, flavour is sourish and a bit salty. Refreshing, better than the dunkel.

Aroma is light and rather stale with some grainess. Taste is slightly sour with lactic acid and a hint of salt. It is a bit of stale too. A good and balanced gose, but a bit too mild stuff for me.

Clear toffee brown color, steady white head, lace. Yeasty, bready-grainy, fruity aroma. Light to medium bodied. Malty, caramelly, leathery, herbal flavor. Not much salty notes here. More like "a normal German beer".
