Thanks to Numenor for this one! A large, light tan head tops this dark amber IPA. Bready malt aroma combines with nutty caramel and resiny hops. Moderately bitter with a good support from the malt, long, well balanced finish.

Thanks to Numenor for this. Tall, three dimensional head of off-white that rides over a deep, clear amber body. Light malt and hop aroma. The flavor balacne is malty with some underlying bitterness. Some dryness in the finish. Smooth, easy drinking.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear amber color with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet floral hops aroma. Sweet floral hops flavor with some light caramel in the end.

Clear medium yellow broken by fine streams of tiny bubbles that form a white head above. The aroma is malty with just a slight appearance of the hops. Slightly sweet and light bodied. Easy drinking brew that doesn’t require a lot of thought.

Fairly clear deep gold with a tall, long lasting white head. Spicy clove aroma. Fairly well done Hefeweizen. Not too much malt sweetness with just the right amount of bite coming from the wheat. Good body.

Hazy amber with a creamy off-white head. Solid malt aroma accompanied by light flowery hops. The flavor is dominated by a smooth bitterness supported by a good malt base. Perhaps a bit one-dimensional. I’d like a bit more hop aroma and malt intensity.

Clear dark yellow with a frothy white head. Sweet malt aroma. The falvor in this really doesnt go anywhere. Light sweetness with a touch of dryness in the finish. Thin bodied. Solidly brewed, just unexciting.

I was less impressed by this Legend brew then I have with other ones they have done. This one was pretty good, with banana, orange, and spice flavors and aromas, and it was refreshing, but something in the palate just didn’t sit right with me this time.

Bottle on 06/25/2011 from the depths of my fridge, probably 5 years old or more. Clear golden body with a small creamy white head. Sweet citrus and spice aroma with light orange. Sweet spice flavor, mandarin orange, and a dry finish. Medium light body with moderate carbonation. 7/3/7/4/15 - 3.6 07/23/2006 - Slightly hazy light orange color. 22oz. Dark amber color. Very hoppy, I mean woah, there are a lot of hops. Citrus aroma abounds.
