75cl bottle picked up at an old monastery in Normandy. Cork fired out like a rocket 🚀 Looks clear gold in the glass. Extremely crisp with vivid fruit definition, high carb, balanced apple pie sweetness, fleeting hint of vanilla, great clarity of flavour, subtle fruity shades, excellent.

75cl bottle from Normandy. Pours a generally clear gold, big spritzy carbonation, feels very dry, 2023 bottle so age seems to have diminished the fruit somewhat.. pleasant cidre overall but could be fruitier.
