Massively layered, clove is there throughout, but in a light spice balance until it pops at the end. I e. Team sweetness, creamy. Lightly sour

Plum notes are clean and very present. Nice easy roast, good tartness. Smooth but not overwhelming smoke, if anything I would like a bit more of the smoke
