Bottle from Netto, Reykjavik. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and skunky. Flavor is light sweet. Dry finish. Watery. Worse than the other 2.25 % lagers. Probably due to the bottle. 090723

Very aged sample! Still, cognac-coloured clear beer with some transparant bubbles. Intense madeirisation aroma, nuts, nutcake, portwine. Light body, light taste - just faint madeira/port, or even more old sherry, with a pinch of acidity. Very light, still. Utterly aged, yet far from bad. Txs to Stef!
