Jakarta may not be the first city that springs to mind when one thinks of craft beer, but Tenggara Brewing Co. is rewriting the narrative with a uniquely Indonesian approach to brewing. Founded by husband-and-wife duo Leon from Australia and Liz from Indonesia, the label began as a modest home-brewing experiment in 2018.
