Tap. Gold, white head lasts well. Light dough, gentle citrus and spice. Oak is not overbearing. Dryish but enough malt and body. Enough bitterness even if I'd like a little more. Elegant, deep.

Tap. Clear amber, white head. Nicely integrated aroma with grilled peach, breadcrust, earthy hops, light oak. Medium sweet with perhaps plainer malt than expected. Modest bitterness. Too much oak for me at the end. Interesting.

Tap. Yellow, white head. Slightly sour. Crackers, light funk, gentle citrus and spice. Oaky touch helps the texture seem a little creamy. Sophisticated but still a Wit. Good.
