A light gold color. AJ Blume, brewer, confirmed it's hop load is Cascade (regular & cryo) and some Fuggles, touch of Amarillo. He noted that hoppy pale ales are not a native Irish style, so even in Ireland they prefer American hops. And it's full of American hop notes. Light on malts and mouthfeel.

Deep reddish brown, but still clear, like the hard filtered Emmett of yore. Nose had almost a bit of smoke first time in. Taste is more close to an English brown. As befits it's filtered appearance, a very clean taste and finish.

Clear gold, slightly sudsy head. I believe I catch a nose of Belgian malt. Definitely wit taste, a note of bubble gum, a little cardamon. Aromatic. Still some nice malts too.
